Q : Is my financial information safe?

A : Yes, we use a third-party payment processing company called Lynnbrook. https://www.lynnbrookgroup.com/  We never see any of your information.  

Q : What fees will I pay

 A : Cleaning fee of $120 on all stays  

     Pet fee of $120 per stay, This fee only applies to our pet friendly property, you must list your pet if you are bringing one. limit of 2, we only allow dogs

We do not charge any management fees, or merchants fees.

All applicable taxes apply.

 Q : What if I need to cancel my reservation

 A : Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Q : How do I know the reviews on this site are legitimate?

A : We have many reviews that can be viewed under the reviews tab on the main page. These reviews are directly from guests who have stayed with us using this site or reviews that have been synced from guests who booked with us via Airbnb. Because this website was built on a platform by ownerrez, a leader in short term rental software, these reviews cannot be deleted or modified by us in any way.
